Today, I had one of the worst customer experiences ever from a salesman at New York Health Racquet Club on 21st Street & Park Ave location making company policies on a fly and treating customers like he was dealing in the era of Mad Men. I am sorry to use the words that don’t belong to my vocabulary but sometimes you just have to say F..k You.

If you ever wonder how company does with customer relations and listen to what customers have to say, just use Twitter analogy: @NYHRC vs. @Equinox

And if New York Health Racquet Club wants to revive and be competitive in this hyper competitive world, I highly recommend their management team to hire Ted Rubin so he can walk them thru how Return On Relationship 101 works #RonR.

Old metrics don’t work and will never work in this world. Lets all agree with this.
